Your order details (name and items ordered) are shared only with the specific home cook you order from, solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share anonymized, aggregate data for analytics purposes.

All prices are set by individual sellers and are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is due at the time of ordering. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method. Sellers reserve the right to cancel or modify orders due to availability.
GetYourHomeMade acts as a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or preparation of food provided by independent sellers. Sellers are responsible for complying with all applicable food safety laws and regulations.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
